Functional Breathing Workshop
A Functional Breath workshop (3 hours) for anybody interested in breath and their core.
A thorough Introduction into breath, core, and their connection with the whole body. Deepen your understanding with theory and evidence based practice. Learn things about your body that everyone should know. This workshop really helps inform parents how to support their children's best development. This is a course I wish was available when I first had my eldest daughter and that every parent should do.
We will cover the 3 pillars of breathing and then thoroughly learn and feel the muscles involved in breathing. We will do a proprioceptive practice, go through exercises you can practice afterwards and then a meditative practice that you will also be able to practice with. You will learn ways to integrate what you learn into your everyday life.
